Zero2IPO Research Center released the first China Private Equity Limited Partner Report in 2011. We expect this report to provide readers with more in-depth and straightforward analysis on the composition, investment scale and investment philosophy of domestic and overseas LPs who are currently active in China’s VC/PE market. This report attempts to quantify the composition of LPs through investigation and present typical cases by listing LPs of some funds. Meanwhile, we review newly-established funds and funds under way in China’s VC/PE market respectively, with a view to revealing the current status and development trend of China’s LP market.
